The Alexander Technique

taught by Sally McMahan

What happens in a lesson?

F. M. Alexander
A typical Alexander Technique lesson lasts about an hour.

For the first half of this session, the teacher will guide the student through a series of movements, intended to help the student re-learn common habits.

The second half of the session is devoted to table work, where the teacher will reposition and adjust the student's body, working on releasing muscles and re-aligning the spine.

Sally McMahan offers a reasonable student rate for lessons.
